Dollarama is recruiting a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple stores in the Richmond, Surrey, and Delta area. This leadership role focuses on ensuring consistent execution of standards, developing teams, and driving results across the district.
As a key field leader, you’ll guide store teams on day-to-day operations, people development, merchandising, and recruitment across a portfolio that typically spans 10–18 stores. You’ll collaborate closely with corporate partners while upholding company policies and delivering a great customer experience across the district.
About the role: District Manager
In this role, you’ll be accountable for operational excellence across the district—coaching store leadership, auditing execution, and ensuring brand standards are met consistently. You’ll prioritize staffing and training needs, guide performance conversations, and support stores in meeting sales and service objectives.
You will also partner on merchandising direction and seasonal priorities, help implement company initiatives, and ensure stores follow procedures and guidelines. Regular travel within Richmond/Surrey/Delta is expected to provide hands-on support and performance oversight across assigned locations.
