About the role: Directs Store Delivery Associate
In the Directs Store Delivery Associate role, you focus on coordinating and processing direct and local shipments so that merchandise reaches the salesfloor quickly and accurately. You make sure high-ticket items are properly secured in designated locations and that direct, local, OMNI and warehouse deliveries are handled promptly to support strong on-shelf availability and a positive customer experience.
Day to day, you help keep the receiving area organized and compliant by preparing returns, claims and MTRs with the right documentation for prompt shipment. You follow and promote safety rules for lifting procedures, box blades, pallet jacks, ladders and other equipment. You also work closely with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to correct discrepancies, safeguard backdoor and key control, and follow cold chain compliance guidelines, including documenting temperatures in the Receiving Temperature Log / Sure Check App.

This Regular/Permanent position offers a minimum starting rate of $18.55 per hour, with the rate of pay determined based on relevant experience.
