Requirements / Skills

• 2+ years of experience as an IT operations manager within a technology team
• Linux system administration experience and in-depth knowledge
• Networking experience and familiarity with cabling best practices
• Strong understanding of computing architectures and troubleshooting expertise
• In-depth knowledge of data centre infrastructure and operational best practices
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, including the ability to read and write complex technical instructions in English
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Reliability Status security clearance with the Government of Canada
• Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills in a 24/7 environment
