About the role: Customer Solutions Manager

As a Customer Solutions Manager at AWS, you will lead the cloud and SaaS transformation journeys of strategic ISV clients. Your mission is to ensure these clients are equipped for success through structured program management, innovation workshops, and effective collaboration with AWS teams and customer stakeholders.

Requirements / Skills

  • 5+ years managing large-scale technical programs with measurable business impact
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience solving business challenges with technology
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams on complex projects
  • Strong background in cloud computing and SaaS environments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (STEM, business, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel 25-35% as needed

Preferred:

  • PMP, SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
  • Experience with cloud migrations and modernization projects
  • 3+ years in a SaaS business model
