About the role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones, paying close attention to product quality and quantity. You’ll label and document orders accurately, ensuring every pick slip and shipping label is correct.

You will pack orders with care, optimizing tote fill, maintaining a clean work area, and operating material handling equipment safely. You’ll balance fulfillment tasks with customer interactions, suggesting continuous improvement ideas to enhance productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements / Skills

Fulfillment & Safety Skills: Ability to pick, pack, and assemble online orders accurately, distinguishing between similar products and ensuring correct quantities. Strong adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including clean workspace maintenance and proper equipment operation.

Customer Service & Continuous Improvement: Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and issue resolution. Willingness to suggest operational improvements and adapt to changing assignments to meet daily delivery schedules. Ability to lift and handle totes and boxes safely.
