Customer Fulfillment Associate – Walmart – Calgary, AB

Walmart Canada is hiring an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate in Calgary, Alberta. In this role, you’ll pick, pack, and dispense online orders with accuracy and care across ambient, chilled, and frozen zones—ensuring customers receive fresh, correctly labeled items on time.

This position is ideal for detail-oriented team players who thrive in a fast-paced retail and eCommerce environment. You’ll balance back-of-house fulfillment with friendly customer service, while adhering to Walmart’s strict safety and food hygiene standards.

About the Role

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you’ll assemble orders from multiple temperature areas, verify product codes, quantities, and freshness, and optimize tote space without compromising product quality. You’ll also print and apply shipping labels and documentation, and support customers at pickup.

You’ll contribute to a clean, safe workplace by following food safety and material-handling procedures, completing pre-use equipment checks, and participating in continuous improvement to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Pick and assemble orders accurately to hit On-Time delivery targets
• Pack totes efficiently while maintaining product quality
• Verify items: correct product codes, quantities, substitutions
• Print, document, and label shipments per pick slips and packaging details
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards; clean as you go
• Operate material-handling equipment safely with pre-use inspections
• Support customers at pickup; resolve issues or escalate as needed
• Suggest process improvements to boost speed, accuracy, and satisfaction
