About the Role: Coordinator, Logistics

As a Coordinator, Logistics, you will coordinate delivery and pickup operations, track store-bound merchandise, and handle special requests such as weekend or after-hours deliveries and inter-store transfers. You’ll also manage delivery changes and exceptions (e.g., pallet refusals, missing or damaged pallets, direct store deliveries) while keeping stores informed.

You will communicate with transport companies, district and store managers, and regional warehouses, share plans for holiday and winter schedules, review shipping issues, and escalate as needed. The role includes modifying load plans, arranging tailgate deliveries or pallet jack requests, and completing payments, invoicing updates, and reporting (accumulations, load plans, regional inventory tracking, unconfirmed EDI), plus other related tasks.
