About the role: Consumables Associate
As a Consumables Associate, you will stock and rotate merchandise, remove damaged or out-of-date goods, and set up and maintain product displays. You’ll ensure salesfloor presentation standards by signing and pricing merchandise and handling claims and returns according to company policies.
You will greet customers politely, assist by promoting products or locating merchandise, resolve issues or refer concerns to management, and use appropriate equipment to receive and stock items. You’ll apply product protection when required, set modulars and shelf caps, and support a safe work environment through adherence to health and safety procedures.

Requirements / Skills
Essential Retail Skills: Ability to greet customers in a polite, friendly manner and assist with product location, promotions, and purchase decisions. Strong customer service orientation, good listening and communication skills, and a positive, team-player mindset are critical.
Operational & Safety Skills: Experience or willingness to stock and rotate merchandise, remove damaged or expired goods, set up and maintain displays, and handle claims and returns accurately. Familiarity with safe handling procedures, proper use of equipment for receiving and stocking, and maintaining a clean, safe salesfloor environment is required.
