About the Role: Case Selector
As a Case Selector, your primary responsibility is to accurately fill customer orders and ensure they reach staging locations complete and on time. You’ll be working with a single pallet jack, picking and assembling merchandise, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace throughout your shift. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are central to everything you’ll do in this role.

Benefits and Salary
This position pays $22.00 per hour, with an additional Night Shift Premium on top of the base rate. Responsibilities
Working the overnight shift in DHL’s Brantford facility, the Case Selector plays a key role in keeping the warehouse operating efficiently and accurately. Every order picked and every shipment assembled reflects directly on DHL’s commitment to quality and on-time delivery.
- Pick customer orders efficiently, verifying the correct number and type of products are selected and prepared for shipment
- Assemble merchandise of various types in preparation for outgoing shipments
- Transport orders to designated shipping locations using a single pallet jack and other approved material handling equipment
- Assist with physical inventories to support accurate stock management
- Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area at all times in compliance with workplace safety standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall warehouse operations
Requirements / Skills
The ideal candidate for this Case Selector position brings hands-on experience with warehouse equipment and a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to accuracy and safety. DHL values team members who are dependable, physically capable, and ready to contribute from day one.
- Minimum 6 months of experience operating a single pallet jack in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift

- Reliability and punctuality for a fixed overnight Monday to Friday schedule
