About the Role: Case Selector

As a Case Selector at DHL Supply Chain in Brantford, you’ll be responsible for accurately filling customer orders and ensuring they reach staging locations safely and on schedule. The core of this role is case picking using a single pallet jack, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail throughout your shift. The schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.

You’ll be expected to maintain a clean and safe work area, follow good manufacturing procedures, and contribute to physical inventory counts as needed. Working as part of a larger warehouse team, you’ll play a key role in keeping the supply chain moving smoothly and customers satisfied.

Benefits and Salary

This position pays $22.00 per hour. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be at the front line of DHL’s warehouse operations, ensuring every customer order is picked accurately and delivered to the right staging location on time. Your day-to-day work directly supports the reliability of the supply chain, making attention to detail and physical efficiency essential qualities.

• Pick customer orders accurately, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected and prepared for shipment
• Operate a single pallet jack to transport orders to designated shipping and staging locations
• Assemble merchandise of various types in preparation for outbound shipments
• Assist with physical inventories as required to support accurate stock management
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in compliance with good manufacturing procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall warehouse operations

Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment and brings a reliable, safety-conscious approach to their work. DHL values team members who can follow procedures carefully and consistently meet performance expectations on the floor.

• Minimum 6 months of experience operating a single pallet jack is required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• Material handling equipment certification requirements must be met
• Punctuality and reliability for the Tuesday–Saturday day shift schedule
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to good manufacturing and warehouse procedures
