Working within Dollarama’s Buying and Import department, the Buyer’s Administrative Clerk provides essential support by assisting Buyers and Assistant Buyers with key administrative duties. This role ensures accurate product data and smooth communication with suppliers and vendors.
The ideal candidate will manage sample evaluations, maintain up-to-date product specifications, and handle system setups in SAP, contributing to the efficiency of our supply chain operations.
About the role: Buyer’s Admin Clerk
You will assist in daily administrative tasks related to preproduction, production approval, and shipment samples. This includes creating new article and vendor setups in SAP and maintaining product data such as weight, dimensions, and images.
As part of the Buying and Import team, you’ll also engage in email correspondence with suppliers and vendors, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on sample approvals and product information.

- DEC, AEC or Diploma in Supply Chain or related field
- 1–2 years in administrative or data entry roles
- Retail sector experience is an asset

- Proficient in MS Office
- SAP knowledge is an asset
