As a Business Analyst at Dollarama in Mont-Royal, Quebec, you’ll work within the Project Management Office (PMO) to support large-scale initiatives across supply chain and logistics. This role focuses on understanding business needs across procurement, warehousing, distribution centers, and transportation, and translating them into practical, value-added solutions.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including IT, Operations, Procurement, and Compliance—and actively participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from analysis and planning to implementation, training, and operational support.

In this role, you’ll gather and document business requirements, map processes, analyze data, and prepare presentations that support strategic decision-making. You’ll contribute to large-scale project deployments, recommend best-practice solutions, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with operational goals.
You’ll also support end users through training and post-implementation assistance, acting as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration (Operations Management an asset)
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or consulting role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Power Query, Visio, AutoCAD, and WMS is an asset
- Experience with supply chain and logistics projects preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure with multiple stakeholders
