About the Role: Bilingual Customer Facing IT Specialist
As a Bilingual Customer Facing IT Specialist, your main duties involve conducting in-depth training sessions on DHL’s eCom tools like MyDHL+, XML Services, and DHL Express Commerce. You’ll also troubleshoot complex issues, open service tickets for technical problems, and act as a primary contact for emergency situations. Your role includes participating in TAT and UAT testing, documenting custom processes, and maintaining up-to-date training materials.
You’ll ensure compliance with testing protocols and contribute to deployments, sometimes requiring work outside of regular business hours. Teamwork and effective communication are crucial as you support both external customer opportunities and internal business functions.
