As a Baker, you will follow Costco formulas and production standards while handling industrial-sized batches. You will prepare doughs, batters, frosting, and fillings, while ensuring proper sanitation, temperature control, and food safety at all times.
About the role: Baker
In this role, you will assemble, measure, and combine ingredients to prepare bakery products following Costco formulas. You will use industrial power mixers, dough rollers, and other baking equipment to mix and shape products. You will also bake products in large ovens, monitor timing, and transfer items to cooling racks.
This position requires careful attention to food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and consistent product quality. You may also support the bakery team with additional tasks, ensuring efficient operations and excellent member service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements / Skills
