About the Role: Assistant Team Leader
The Assistant Team Leader helps manage store operations and staff, ensuring shelves are stocked to standard, daily shipments are processed efficiently, and the sales floor is clean, safe, and guest-ready. You’ll handle manager-on-duty tasks such as scheduling break compliance and attendance, cash management, and opening/closing procedures as needed.
In addition, you’ll support training and onboarding, coach team members on customer service and merchandising best practices, and help resolve customer issues with empathy and speed. Your leadership fosters teamwork, operational discipline, and a positive store culture.
