As an Assistant Team Leader with Dollarama in Calgary, AB, you will support store management in daily operations while delivering a consistent and positive customer experience. You will help manage staff, support merchandising standards, and contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient store environment.
This role is available as Full-Time (25+ hours/week) or Part-Time (less than 25 hours/week), depending on availability. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment with flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, and weekends.
About the role: Assistant Team Leader
The Assistant Team Leader assists the management team with store operations and team coordination. You will help receive and process daily shipments, stock merchandise according to presentation standards, and ensure compliance with store safety and cleanliness requirements.
You will also perform Manager on Duty (MOD) tasks as needed, including ensuring breaks are taken, attendance is recorded, and supporting store opening and closing duties. Participation in employee training and strong teamwork are key parts of this role.
