Join a growing Canadian retailer in the heart of Montréal, QC! Dollarama is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee day-to-day store operations. You’ll support the Store Manager and act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed.
In this role, you’ll ensure all team members understand and follow company policies, support inventory management, and guarantee merchandising standards are met. If you’re experienced in retail leadership and love a fast-paced environment, this is for you.
About the role: Assistant Store Manager
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to maintain smooth store operations. You’ll handle recruitment and training, reinforce compliance with store guidelines, and help maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure proper stock flow.
In the absence of the Store Manager, you will step in to lead as the MOD, taking responsibility for daily decisions. This position requires a proactive, organized, and communicative professional who can multitask and motivate others effectively.
