Join Dollarama as an Assistant Store Manager and take part in leading one of Canada’s top retail chains. In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and serve as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed. You’ll help ensure smooth store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and promote a culture of excellence among your team members.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll make sure that company standards and procedures are clearly understood and followed, inventory counts are completed accurately, and merchandising practices are maintained to Dollarama’s expectations.
