About the role: Assistant Manager
In this role at Tim Hortons in Richmond Hill, ON, you will support the General Manager in day-to-day operations of a fast-paced environment. You will manage labour costs, control food and paper costs, and ensure product launches and promotions are executed with perfection.
You will resolve guest issues promptly, participate in recruitment and training, and coach Team Members to follow all Health & Safety policies. You will lead by example to foster a culture of guest satisfaction and exceptional service, organizing and evaluating daily operations while promoting a positive work environment.
