Requirements / Skills
To be successful as an Area Manager, XLFC with Amazon, you should meet the following basic and preferred qualifications:
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience, leading and supporting a team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights and holidays, and adapt to different work areas and shifts.
- Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach and climb stairs.
