- College Degree or equivalent is required
- Internal candidates: 18 months as an Operations Supervisor at FedEx, OR 1 year as a Supervisor at FedEx combined with 1 year of management, operational leadership, or project/team leadership experience
- External candidates: minimum 2 years of management, operational leadership, or project/team leadership experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) at a standard level
- Ability to interpret numerical data and written information to draw sound conclusions
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written — to effectively instruct and influence diverse audiences
- Customer service orientation with the ability to respond professionally to requests and operational issues
- Valid driver’s licence (Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) with a driving record showing two or fewer violations or accidents in the past 24 months
