Our WW Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles every day. Amazon is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join as Area Managers, leading a team of hourly workforce and maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
In this role, you play a key part in meeting customer delivery promises and ensuring orders are delivered at the right time and place. With first mile, middle mile, and last mile workflows, the vision and dedication to the customer remain constant while new Operations sites launch each year, offering professional growth.
About the role: Area Manager II
You will support, mentor, and motivate your team while collaborating with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and HR to meet business objectives. The job involves managing safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises in a dynamic environment.
Be prepared to lift up to 49 lbs, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, stand/walk up to 12 hours, and work in areas with variable noise, temperatures, and weather. Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays is required.

Requirements / Skills
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Physical capability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand/walk up to 12 hours, and climb stairs
- Preferred: 1+ year with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques
