Benefits and Salary

Amazon offers a competitive base salary range of $75,000 to $105,000 CAD annually for this position in Hamilton, ON. The total compensation package may also include sign-on payments and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location. Requirements / Skills

Amazon is looking for someone with a solid foundation in people management and operational leadership. The ideal candidate brings a balance of analytical thinking, hands-on floor presence, and the interpersonal skills to inspire a large team.   • 2+ years of experience in employee and performance management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon blue badge/FTE experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • 1+ year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques (preferred)
  • Experience managing large teams of 50+ members (preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen experience is considered an asset
  • Background in logistics, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or hospitality environments is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
