About the Role: Area Manager II
As an Area Manager II, your primary responsibilities will include leading and motivating your team, managing safety, quality, productivity, and ensuring that customer delivery promises are met. You will collaborate with various support teams such as Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources to develop strategies that meet business objectives.
This role requires physical stamina as you’ll be lifting up to 49 pounds, standing or walking for up to 12 hours, and working in an environment with variable noise levels and temperatures. A valid driver’s license in the province of residence is required.
Benefits and Salary
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of CAD 75,000.00 to 105,000.00 annually for this position. In addition to the base salary, Amazon provides a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), and paid time off.
