Key Responsibilities

  • Support, mentor, and motivate hourly associates to achieve goals.
  • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with support teams (Safety, HR, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Engineering).
  • Lift up to 49 lbs and perform frequent physical tasks including pushing, pulling, squatting, and bending.
  • Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts in variable environments (temperature and noise).
  • Climb and descend stairs frequently where applicable.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license in the province of residence.
