As an AM Gateway Package Handler, your primary focus is keeping packages flowing through the facility efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities

Day-to-day, you’ll be working at the heart of UPS’s parcel network in Winnipeg. The work is physical and fast-moving, requiring focus and consistency to meet the demands of a busy package handling operation.

• Learn and execute UPS’s established package handling methods correctly and safely
• Load and unload packages from trailers and package cars throughout your shift

• Operate heavy machinery as required to complete warehouse tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Requirements / Skills

UPS is looking for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and ready to learn. You don’t need years of experience — what matters most is showing up consistently and working safely alongside your team. Warehouse experience is an asset but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg) unassisted on a regular basis
• Ability to read and memorize postal codes for accurate package sorting
• Reliable transportation to get to and from the facility for early morning shifts
• Warehouse or logistics experience is considered an asset (preferred but not mandatory)
