Accounting Office Associate – Walmart – Hamilton, ON

Walmart Canada is hiring an Accounting Office Associate at its Hamilton, ON location (1115 Barton St E). In this role, you will be responsible for managing all store funds through accurate cash handling, record keeping, and ensuring financial integrity and security across the store.

As part of the Walmart team, you’ll contribute to providing exceptional customer experiences and supporting Canadians in saving money and living better. This is a Regular/Permanent position with flexible schedules, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights.

About the role: Accounting Office Associate

The Accounting Office Associate plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial operations within the store. This includes handling cash registers, ATMs, self-checkouts, and vending machines while ensuring compliance with Walmart’s policies and procedures.

In this role, you will also prepare deposits for armored car pickup, reconcile daily transactions, research and resolve chargebacks, and keep accurate financial logs. A strong focus on loss prevention, financial security, and compliance is required to succeed in this position.
