Role of the Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant at Amazon Ads, you will be responsible for managing complex calendar requests, planning international and domestic travel, and organizing large events. You’ll be a central point of contact for the team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Experience with executive-level calendar management.
