What You’ll Do

• Pick-Up and Delivery: Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on assigned routes.
• Customer Service: Ensure shipments comply with FedEx service features and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Package Handling: Safely lift and maneuver packages up to 70 lbs, and up to 150 lbs using appropriate equipment.
• Flexibility: Work varying schedules, including holidays, based on business needs.
• Training: Successfully complete mandatory pre-placement driver assessment and ongoing training.

What You’ll Bring

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability: Lift and maneuver packages up to 70 lbs, and up to 150 lbs with equipment.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills with a focus on customer service.
• Experience: One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Bilingualism (Quebec only): Proficiency in both French and English is required.
