Sales Operations Senior Associate, Large Customer Sales – Google – Toronto, ON
Google has an opening for a full-time Sales Operations Senior Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will drive business insights, ensure seamless sales execution, and promote operational excellence for the Canada Large Customer Sales (LCS) team.
You will support cross-functional operations, strategic planning, and efforts to improve sales efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales Operations Senior Associate Role
As a Sales Operations Senior Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing cross-functional operations: Oversee reporting, insights, and handle ad-hoc requests for the Canada Large Customer Sales (LCS) operations.
- Collaborating across the Americas LCS teams: Share best practices and proactively seek opportunities to improve sales operations at scale.
- Driving sales efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to enhance sales team efficiency, improve the customer experience, and lead growth initiatives.
- Supporting strategic planning: Partner in the annual and quarterly planning and goal-setting processes for Canada LCS. Support quarterly business reviews and related strategic initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory.
- OR, 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- Proven experience in building trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders and navigating complex business environments.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects under time-sensitive deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
