About This Role
As an Amazon Fresh Grocery Associate, your primary mission is to deliver a top-notch shopping experience. Your tasks will vary, ranging from stocking shelves and preparing fresh food items to assisting customers with checkout operations and providing product knowledge. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team to keep the store running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their shopping needs and offer product recommendations.
- Operate cash registers for a smooth checkout process and assist customers in self-checkout lanes.
- Receive and process in-store and Amazon.com returns efficiently.
- Prepare fresh food items, including salads, pizzas, rotisserie chickens, and sandwiches.
- Stock shelves, set up merchandise displays, and maintain a clean sales floor.
- Manage inventory by unloading product deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
- Fulfill customer grocery orders for pickup and delivery.

Basic Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to understand and perform duties safely in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
Working Conditions
Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs and stand or walk for the duration of shifts (up to 8 hours).
