Personal Shopper Lead – Sam’s Club (Walmart) – Buford, GA
Sam’s Club is seeking an experienced Personal Shopper Lead to assist with the supervision of associates in assigned areas. This role involves assigning duties, communicating goals, providing training, and offering direction and guidance on member service. The Personal Shopper Lead ensures the effective execution of ecommerce operations, monitors key performance indicators, and addresses customer complaints.
In this role, you will work closely with management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining the safety of the facility. About the Role
As a Personal Shopper Lead, you will oversee the operations of ecommerce programs within the club, ensuring that online customer orders are fulfilled accurately and associates are well-trained and equipped with the necessary resources. You will monitor club performance, execute the Sam’s Club Pickup plan, and collaborate with management to improve operational efficiencies.
This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as you will be responsible for directing associates, managing customer interactions, and overseeing merchandising and sales floor operations. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service to members and driving the success of ecommerce initiatives within the club.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise associates by assigning duties, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Oversee ecommerce operations including Club Pick Up and Ship From Club, resolving customer complaints, and auditing feedback.
- Manage sales floor operations by ensuring merchandise is stocked, arranged, and displayed according to company policies.
- Provide member service by assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
- Ensure safety and compliance by conducting safety sweeps and following company guidelines for hazardous materials and forklift operations.
Basic Qualifications
Sam’s Club requires the following qualifications for the Personal Shopper Lead role:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successful completion of all job-required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will also possess:
- Previous experience in supervising teams.
- Retail or customer service experience.
