About the Role: Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities
In this role, every shift contributes directly to customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency. From the moment products arrive to the time they ship out, you’ll be involved in keeping the warehouse running like clockwork. Here’s a closer look at what your day-to-day will involve:
- Accurately select products based on customer order specifications to ensure correct fulfilment
- Load and unload products onto and from delivery vehicles, pallets, and other transport methods
- Pull and prepare products for shipment, verifying correct quantity and product type
- Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards
- Use RF terminals for picking, inventory tracking, quality checks, and shipping tasks
- Scan packages, read labels, verify numbers, and sort products to appropriate destinations
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly condition throughout each shift
- Keep accurate records and reports to support inventory integrity and cycle counts
- Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or infestation before processing
- Perform labelling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks as required
Requirements / Skills

- High school diploma or GED is preferred for this position
- 0–2 years of warehouse experience — entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Functional French (written and spoken) is required for candidates residing in Quebec
