Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Worker 1, your day revolves around keeping product moving accurately and efficiently through the facility. From unloading incoming shipments to preparing outbound orders, every task you complete contributes directly to customer satisfaction and the smooth functioning of the FedEx supply chain.

  • Accurately select products based on customer order specifications to ensure correct fulfillment
  • Load and unload products onto and from delivery vehicles, pallets, and other transport methods
  • Pull and prepare products for shipment, verifying correct quantity and type before dispatch
  • Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards
  • Operate RF terminals for picking, inventory management, quality checks, and shipping tasks
  • Scan packages, read labels and charts, verify numbers, and sort products to appropriate destinations
  • Maintain equipment and facility materials in a clean and orderly condition at all times
  • Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts to support inventory integrity
  • Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or infestation and report discrepancies accordingly
  • Perform labelling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks as required
  • Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all company safety standards and procedures

Requirements / Skills
