About the Role: Warehouse Worker 1
As a Warehouse Worker 1 at FedEx Supply Chain Canada in Coteau-du-Lac, your day-to-day will revolve around the accurate handling of products throughout the warehouse — from the moment they arrive to the moment they’re shipped out. Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be hands-on from start to finish in the order fulfillment process. Whether you’re unloading incoming shipments or preparing outbound orders for delivery, every task you complete plays a direct role in customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of the warehouse. - Select products accurately based on customer order specifications to ensure correct fulfillment
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, pallets, and transport equipment
- Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet customer service and productivity standards
- Operate RF terminals for picking, inventory management, quality checks, and shipping tasks
- Scan packages and sort products to appropriate destinations, verifying labels and quantities
- Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or infestation during receiving and storage
- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity
- Maintain facility equipment, materials, and workspaces in a clean and orderly condition
- Perform labelling, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks as required
- Adhere to all company safety standards and work in a safe, efficient manner
Requirements / Skills
FedEx is looking for someone who brings both reliability and attention to detail to a physically active warehouse setting.
