About the Role: Warehouse Associate – Preloader
Working at the UPS warehouse in Concord, you’ll be hands-on from the moment your shift starts. You’ll use company-established package handling methods and organize shipments based on postal codes to ensure accurate and efficient delivery routing.
This is a fast-paced, labour-intensive position that requires physical stamina and a reliable attitude. You’ll be working inside trailers and package delivery vehicles, often in varying temperatures. Flexibility with start and finish times is required, and all team members must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
Benefits and Salary
UPS offers a competitive and transparent compensation structure for this role. The starting wage is $18.50/hr., with automatic pay progression under the existing Union Collective Agreement — reaching a top rate of $36.53/hr. after 48 months of service. Responsibilities
As a Preloader at UPS Concord, your work directly supports the chain of delivery that keeps packages moving across the country. Each shift, you’ll be expected to perform physical tasks efficiently and accurately, following UPS package handling standards to ensure every shipment reaches the right vehicle at the right time.
- Load and unload packages into and out of UPS package delivery vehicles and trailers

Requirements / Skills
