UPS is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Night Shift) at their Concord, Ontario facility. Working the midnight shift from 11:45 PM to 4:45 AM, Monday to Friday, you’ll be at the heart of UPS’s package sorting and distribution operation. About the Role: Warehouse Associate – Night

As a Warehouse Associate at UPS Concord, your primary duties revolve around the physical movement of packages within the warehouse and between vehicles. You’ll be loading and unloading packages from delivery vehicles and trailers, sorting packages by postal code, and stocking them in the correct locations. No prior warehouse experience is required — UPS provides paid training to get you up to speed with their established package handling methods.

This role is part of a unionized workforce governed by a Collective Agreement, which provides automatic wage progression and a range of protections. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment that includes both indoor warehouse spaces and inside truck trailers, with exposure to varying temperatures. Benefits and Salary

This position starts at $18.00 per hour with automatic wage progression as per the Union Collective Agreement. Note that monthly union dues of approximately $52/month apply, along with a one-time $50 union initiation fee deducted after 90 working days.

Responsibilities

The day-to-day work of a Warehouse Associate at UPS is active and varied. You’ll be central to keeping the overnight package sorting and distribution cycle running smoothly, making sure every parcel is handled correctly and reaches its next destination on time.

• Load and unload packages into and out of package delivery vehicles and trailers
• Sort and stock packages accurately based on postal codes
• Learn and execute UPS’s established package handling methods correctly
• Work consistently across all five weeknights (Monday to Friday) for a minimum of 25 hours per week
• Handle packages weighing up to 70 lbs. (35 kg)
• Operate efficiently within a fast-paced warehouse environment, including inside truck trailers

Requirements / Skills
