Working the midnight shift from 11:45 PM to 4:45 AM, Monday to Friday, you’ll be at the heart of UPS’s package sorting and distribution operation. The work is hands-on and physically demanding — loading, unloading, sorting, and stocking packages to keep deliveries moving on schedule across the country.

About the Role: Warehouse Associate – Night

As a Warehouse Associate at UPS Concord, your primary duties revolve around the physical movement of packages within the warehouse and between vehicles. You’ll be loading and unloading packages from delivery vehicles and trailers, sorting packages by postal code, and stocking them in the correct locations. No prior warehouse experience is required — UPS provides paid training to get you up to speed with their established package handling methods.

This role is part of a unionized workforce governed by a Collective Agreement, which provides automatic wage progression and a range of protections. Benefits and Salary

This position starts at $18.00 per hour with automatic wage progression as per the Union Collective Agreement. UPS offers a strong benefits package including extended health care, vision, dental, and life insurance after one year of service, as well as 2 weeks of paid vacation after your first year. Employees also receive tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per semester (subject to eligibility), paid training, weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday, personal paid days off, access to UPS Employee Discounts, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and free onsite parking. Note that monthly union dues of approximately $52/month apply, along with a one-time $50 union initiation fee deducted after 90 working days.

Responsibilities
