About the Role: Warehouse Associate (Days)
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be part of the core operations team that keeps packages moving efficiently through the UPS network. You’ll learn and apply UPS package handling methods, work with scanning equipment, and ensure packages are accurately sorted and loaded based on destination postal codes and cities. No prior experience is needed — full on-the-job training is provided from day one.
The environment is fast-paced and physical, requiring the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. You’ll work as part of a team where reliability and attention to detail matter. This role is covered by a Union Collective Agreement, which guarantees structured wage progression over time and provides workers with clear expectations around compensation and working conditions.
Benefits and Salary
This position starts at $18 per hour, paid weekly every Friday via direct deposit. Through the Union Collective Agreement, wages are guaranteed to increase — reaching $28.71 per hour after seniority plus 48 months of service. Responsibilities
