This isn’t your typical UX gig. You’d be designing intelligent, human-in-the-loop (HITL) tools that streamline how Amazon’s global finance teams handle millions of transactions daily. Think less pixel-pushing, more systems-level problem solving — translating loosely defined challenges into clean, executable design solutions that reduce errors, cut manual overhead, and free up finance professionals to focus on strategic work.

About the Role: UX Designer, Finance Automation (FinAuto)

As a UX Designer on the FinAuto team, you’ll own the end-to-end design process across all stages of product development — from early concept exploration right through to launch and iteration. Working in partnership with Product Management, UX Research, Engineering, and business stakeholders, you’ll define experiences that have real, measurable impact on Amazon’s worldwide operations. You’ll be building both 0→1 products and evolving mature, globally used platforms in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous environment.

Collaboration and communication are central to success here. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to peer design reviews, and proactively drive customer understanding through lightweight research and concept testing. Your work will also shape and evolve the team’s design system and component library, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product suite.
