About the role: Tesla Advisor
As a Tesla Advisor, you will excite, engage, and educate prospective customers and current owners via calls, emails, texts, and events, answering questions about Tesla’s product offerings. You will help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer information and scheduling or co-piloting Test Drives for interested buyers.
You will also prepare, stage, and charge vehicles before delivery appointments, conduct tailored vehicle orientations, and execute delivery documents. Your attention to detail and customer focus will ensure an exceptional purchase and delivery experience.

Requirements / Skills
- Ability to support projects across all Canadian provinces and communicate primarily in English
- Minimum of 1 year customer service and/or sales experience with proven goal achievement
- Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the personal transportation industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
- Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license in Canada
