In this role as a Tesla Advisor, you’ll deliver an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to every current and future customer, creating a memorable delivery-day moment. You will be Tesla’s front line and a brand ambassador, supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

About the role: Tesla Advisor
As a Tesla Advisor, you will engage and educate prospective customers and owners via calls, emails, texts, and outbound events about Tesla’s product offerings, answering questions and building excitement. You’ll help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting contact information and scheduling or copiloting Test Drives for interested prospects.
You will also prepare, stage, and charge vehicles ahead of delivery appointments, conduct tailored vehicle orientations, and execute delivery documents. Your attention to detail in handling EAS protocols, equipment logs, and direct home deliveries will ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements / Skills
- Ability to support projects across all Canadian provinces and communicate primarily in English
- Minimum of 1 year customer service and/or sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the personal transportation industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
- Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license in Canada
