This isn’t a typical PM desk job. Day to day, you’ll be leading end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure changes and upgrades across Amazon data centres, coordinating across engineering teams, vendor partners, and senior leadership. You’ll shape how technology solutions are delivered at scale and directly influence the reliability of cloud services used by millions of customers worldwide.

About the Role: Technical Infrastructure Program Manager

As a TIPM on the Network Engineering team, you’ll own the full lifecycle of complex networking programs — from planning and design through procurement, scheduling, execution, and reporting. You’ll manage cross-functional projects that span network operations, infrastructure engineering, internal project management, and external vendors. Your ability to identify risks early, remove blockers, and navigate ambiguity with structured thinking will be critical to success.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role, as you’ll be regularly interfacing with everyone from frontline engineers to senior leadership. You’ll also be expected to mentor team members, participate in hiring, and contribute to process improvement initiatives at both the team and organizational level.
