Responsibilities
As a Tim Hortons Team Member, your day-to-day duties span guest service, food and beverage preparation, and keeping the restaurant in top shape. Each responsibility contributes directly to the guest experience and helps maintain the high standards Canadians have trusted for over 55 years.
- Greet guests and take orders at the counter with a friendly, positive attitude
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Prepare beverages including coffees, Iced Capps, and specialty drinks to brand standards
- Bake donuts and prepare sandwiches and wraps with care and consistency
- Follow Tim Hortons brand standards and food safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment throughout your shift
- Adhere to sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and teammates
- Support team members as needed and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced work environment
- Learn new products and procedures as they are introduced to the menu
