Responsibilities
Each shift as a Tim Hortons Team Member brings a mix of guest interaction, food preparation, and teamwork. These responsibilities are all about creating moments that keep guests coming back — day after day.
- Greet and welcome guests with genuine hospitality, setting a positive tone right from the moment they walk through the door
