Day to day, Team Members at Tim Hortons are responsible for keeping the guest experience front and centre. From the moment someone walks through the door to the moment they leave with their order, you play a direct role in making that experience a positive one. Here’s what the work looks like in practice:
- Welcoming guests as the first point of contact, setting a friendly and efficient tone for their visit
- Preparing food and beverages including baked goods, coffee, and other menu items to Tim Hortons standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your work area throughout each shift
- Multi-tasking effectively during busy periods to keep the line moving and guests satisfied
- Communicating with team members to coordinate tasks and support a smooth operation
