Responsibilities
As a Tim Hortons Team Member, your day-to-day tasks keep the restaurant running smoothly and guests coming back. From the very first smile at the counter to the last ingredient on a wrap, every action you take contributes to a positive guest experience and a well-functioning team.
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and with genuine hospitality, often setting the tone for their entire day
- Complete guest orders including coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts, and a full range of menu items accurately and efficiently
- Prepare fresh food items such as delicious sandwiches and wraps to Tim Hortons quality standards
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing all products to ensure consistency and quality
- Operate equipment responsibly by adhering to all operating guidelines for each piece of machinery in the restaurant
