About the Role: Team Member – PM Shift

This is a front-line position where guest satisfaction is the number one priority. You might be greeting someone at the counter, taking their order, or prepping their favourite lunch wrap. Every task you handle contributes directly to the guest experience, which means consistency and care matter in everything you do.

You’ll be expected to follow Tim Hortons standards and operating guidelines for both food preparation and equipment use. Benefits and Salary

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with hospitality as they arrive, setting a positive tone for their visit
• Take and complete guest orders accurately, including coffees, Iced Capps, donuts, and other menu items
• Prepare sandwiches and wraps to Tim Hortons quality standards
• Follow Tim Hortons preparation standards and guidelines for all products
• Operate equipment according to established operating guidelines to ensure safety and consistency
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while contributing to a fun team environment
