About the Role: Team Leader

Responsibilities
As a Team Leader at Dollarama Windsor, your day will rarely look the same twice. You’ll be juggling associate supervision, merchandising, customer service, and back-of-house tasks — all while keeping the store running like clockwork. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing on a regular basis:

- Perform cash management duties as well as store opening and closing procedures as needed
