Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, your day-to-day will involve both floor-level supervision and behind-the-scenes store operations. These responsibilities are central to keeping the store running efficiently and ensuring customers and staff are well-supported.

  • Lead and supervise store associates, offering day-to-day guidance and support
  • Manage merchandising tasks including shelf stocking, boxing and unboxing daily shipments
  • Ensure customer service standards are consistently met throughout the store
  • Conduct manager-on-duty tasks such as managing breaks, time-keeping, and attendance
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with company strategy
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a prompt, professional manner
  • Uphold store safety and cleanliness standards on an ongoing basis
  • Perform cash management and handle store opening and closing duties as required
  • Participate in inventory processes and employee training and performance evaluations
