About the Role: Team Leader
As a Team Leader at Dollarama, you’ll take charge of leading store associates, overseeing day-to-day operations, and making sure the store is always running smoothly. Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, your day-to-day will be varied and engaging. You’ll be the go-to person for both your team and your customers, keeping the store operating at its best while fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Lead and supervise store associates by providing ongoing guidance, direction, and support
- Oversee merchandising operations including shelf stocking, boxing, and unboxing daily shipments

- Manage on-duty responsibilities such as coordinating daily breaks and monitoring time and attendance
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with company strategy

- Perform cash management and handle store opening and closing duties as required
- Participate in inventory counts and processes
